Excellent service from start to finish. The optician, carried out a very detailed eye examination, explained the results clearly, and offered helpful guidance without any pressure. I was recommended this opticians by a fellow parent at my children's school. I have now been going here for a few years to have my children's eyes checked. This an independent opticians that serves our local community. The staff here are always welcoming, warm and extremely attentive. They have a beautiful range of frames from affordable to luxury and are open to filing your prescription from other opticians too. They are extremely professional and courteous and have a way of making each visit feel bespoke and ensure your eye health is well maintained with reminders when a check-up is due. I would gladly give this service a five star rating - no complaints.

I had a wonderful time here at Conways Opticians. The staff here are incredible, especially Chamim and Mohammad they helped me to get my glasses today and they were incredible. They were so nice and welcoming, Chamim helped me to select the perfect frame and she was so patient and helpful. Mohammad also really helped and was very kind. This is a really nice place. 10/10
